When I first joined Tabb, I reviewed the onboarding experience and found the profile creation process outdated. Several features felt clunky and inconsistent, highlighting clear opportunities to modernise the flow and align it with competitor standards.

To validate my assumptions, I conducted market research by analysing platforms similar to Tabb. I also gathered user feedback from people who had used Tabb and other social platforms to better understand their perceptions, experiences, and pain points.
