Challenge
I was tasked with evaluating and improving the profile creation process in Tabb to reduce complexity and make it easier for creators and contributors to get started without confusion. By simplifying the setup, we can create a smoother onboarding experience that boosts user satisfaction and reduces drop-offs—especially for new users. Each data point was refined to ensure relevance, helping the AI deliver better results while respecting users’ time and privacy. The improved workflow also lays the foundation for smarter personalisation, stronger recommendations, and scalable AI integration as Tabb grows.
Solution
I simplified Tabb’s profile flow by separating paths for new and returning users. For new users, I reordered steps—image, location, expertise, projects—for clarity and better data. This creates a faster, smarter, AI-friendly experience.
